Meet Rhonda

Team No Stress Solutions is a unique business, started in the Chicagoland area, that effectively takes all of the stress out of beautifying and executing events so that clients can actually enjoy their special occasion. What began by only offering day-of wedding coordination services soon blossomed into additional offerings such as balloon decor and general business services.

Rhonda Williams, TNS owner, is a Chicago native, wife and mother of two. Her analytical mind yet creative soul and calm demeanor found the perfect solution to event planning and beautification – No Stress Allowed. As an experienced internal auditor and Project Management Professional (PMP) in the corporate, nonprofit and government sectors, Rhonda has gleaned from the past 16 years to incorporate a methodical and disciplined approach to the TNS client experience. Rhonda’s 30+ years of experience as a Balloon artist with her parent’s business, Young’s Flowers and Images, and her professional experience proved to be the perfect pairing for TNS.

As a second generation Balloon artist, Rhonda brings a strong foundation to build upon, complete with timeless, transferable skills and an insatiable appetite for learning as she keeps up with new and innovative ways to work. TNS also gives back! Periodically, throughout the year, you’ll catch the staff providing decor for designated receiving nonprofit organizations and churches. To whom much is given, much is required.
