Day-of Wedding Coordination

Let Team No Stress wedding coordinators remove the stress of the day by becoming an essential part of your ceremony and reception, ensuring that all moving parts work together and are running smoothly.

1 Hour

During a 1 hour consultation, we get to know you, the client and your wedding day vision, clarify requirements set forth on the Wedding Inquiry Form, solidify roles and responsibilities and create a timeline for the wedding day.

5 Hours

The client has access to TNS coordinators as needed via text, call, or email.  The lead coordinator will make brief introductions with all vendors, coordinate times for the big day, and continue checking in with the client on any changes.

3 Hours

TNS will lead the wedding rehearsal, working with the wedding party, hostess(es), ushers, officiants, musicians, and other hired professionals to execute a walk-through of the wedding.

12 Hours

TNS will provide full coordination of the wedding ceremony and reception by overseeing hostesses/ushers, lining up and queuing the wedding party, distributing flowers, being the liaison between the client and vendors, ensuring proper setup and break down at all locations, and more.
